Sourcing Process

How our display sourcing works

A transparent, engineering-focused workflow from requirements submission to delivery — designed to support U.S. businesses sourcing industrial and embedded displays.

01

Customer Submits Technical Requirements

Start by submitting your display specifications using our inquiry form or by contacting us directly. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurately we can identify suitable options.

What happens here
  • Display size and aspect ratio
  • Required resolution
  • Interface type (LVDS, MIPI, eDP, HDMI, RGB)
  • Brightness requirements (nits)
  • Touch requirements (PCAP, resistive, or none)
  • Operating temperature range
  • Indoor or outdoor use
  • Estimated annual volume
  • Current part number (for replacements)
  • Any additional mechanical or electrical constraints
02

Technical Review of Application Needs

Our team reviews your submission and evaluates the application context. We may reach out to clarify specifications or ask about environmental conditions, integration constraints, or lifecycle requirements before proceeding.

What happens here
  • Application environment assessment
  • Specification completeness check
  • Interface compatibility review
  • Regulatory or certification considerations
  • Alternative specification suggestions if needed
03

Supplier Network Availability Check

We query our supplier contacts to check panel availability, lead time, and pricing. This includes checking current stock status, production availability, and comparing options from multiple qualified manufacturers where applicable.

What happens here
  • Query of established supplier contacts
  • Stock and production availability check
  • Lead time confirmation
  • Multi-supplier comparison where options exist
  • Quality and certification status verification
04

Specification & Quotation Confirmation

Once we have confirmed availability, we provide a clear quotation that includes the technical specification, unit pricing, lead time, and any relevant notes on panel characteristics or integration considerations.

What happens here
  • Technical specification document or datasheet reference
  • Unit pricing and volume tiers
  • Lead time and delivery timeline
  • Sample availability (if applicable)
  • Notes on known integration considerations
05

Shipment & Logistics Coordination

After order confirmation, we coordinate the logistics process — working with our China-side operations to manage packing, customs documentation, and delivery to your facility in the U.S.

What happens here
  • Packing and shipping arrangement
  • Export documentation and customs clearance
  • Tracking and shipment status updates
  • Delivery to U.S. customer address
  • Post-delivery support and follow-up
